Who are we?   Three Squares are culinary professionals with a wide range of experience in hospitality, event management and fine dining serving the Elizabeth City, NC area.

What do we do?  Three Squares provides you and your guests with the finest dining and entertaining experience available in your own home.

We provide a unique, private and completely individual event for 2-10 guests in your home. We can prepare breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and late night brunch.

We will work with you to prepare a menu, shop for the finest ingredients, and prepare your menu in your home.  We will provide a professional, uniformed staff to make your event worry free and wonderful, literally from soup to nuts. 

Are we caterers?  No.  We do not prepare volumes of food in a commercial setting and deliver them for service.  We prepare all the food in your kitchen and serve it in your home on your service ware. We can, as needed, supplement your kitchen equipment to fulfill your chosen menu, but this is a truly Personal service on a completely custom basis.

Can we be your Personal Chef on a continuing basis?  Yes, we can provide menus to be cooked in your home weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and frozen for finishing at your convenience.  Adding a fresh salad to these complete entrees will provide a healthy alternative for the over tasked home maker.  Inquire for a set of sample menus.
