Sample Menus:
A few ideas for menus and costs. These costs are per person and do not include the Chef/Server fee. We can create any menu in any price range.
Sample Menu 1:
Warm sourdough rolls with creamery butter
Warm: Baked brie with fresh Asian pear and water crackers, or;
Cool: Jumbo shrimp or lump crab meat with sauce aioli and horseradish sauce, and
Mixed tiny greens with walnut, mandarin orange and sprouts, or;
Baby spinach with warm bacon dressing, and;
Rosa de Parma: thin tenderloin of beef, stuffed and rolled with prosciutto, parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic and rosemary and roasted with sauce demi-glace, or;
Shellfish Lasagna: lasagna noodles stuffed with crab, scallops and shrimp in a light béchamel sauce and topped with a light white cheese sauce, and;
Roast medley of vegetables: white and sweet potatoes, butternut squash, red onion and bell peppers roasted in a light garlic olive oil, or;
Roast fresh asparagus with prosciutto and parmesan, and;
Chocolate Mousse, or; Ice Cream Crepes Suzette
Sample Menu 2:
Warm sourdough rolls with creamery butter.
Ceviche Margaritas: Classic Ceviche tossed with tequila and served with salted lime; or
Bacon wrapped scallops, and
Classic Caesar salad with sourdough crouton; or
Warm salad of potato, arugula and bacon, and
Roast London Broil with cracked pepper Zinfandel sauce with oven roasted potatoes; or
Yellow fin tuna steak grilled and topped with wasabi glaze over
Basmati rice, and Sautéed medley of seasonal squash and onion; or
Baby spinach wilted with garlic butter, and
Melon champagne cooler

Sample Menu 3:
Warm sourdough rolls with creamery butter; and
Classic Antipasto; or Cream of Summer Squash Soup, and
Roast Chicken Oscar: Breast of Chicken pounded thin, topped with jumbo lump
crabmeat and asparagus and dressed with hollandaise sauce; or
Shrimp Alfredo: linguini tossed with a cheesy Alfredo sauce, jumbo shrimp and fresh broccoli, and
Triple Chocolate Cake with hot fudge topping or
Carrot Cake with sweetened sour cream
